RDA: The City Council adjourned at 8:30 p. m., to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:37 p. m., all Members present. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:38 p. m. to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), and re- convened at 9:10 p. m., all Members present. Personnel City Manager Benest presented Resolution No. R-66-87, establishing a Pay and Classification Plan for Executive Employees, and Resolution No. R-67-87, affording benefits to Executive Employees, for Council's consideration and approval. Moved by Councilwoman Garcia, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Resolution Nos. R-66-87 and R-67-87. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO.
