COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 5, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />R OT.T. CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />April 21, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />58818 through 59115, 59116 through 59398, 131143 through <br />131405 (April 30, 1987) inclusive, as recommended by the <br />Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Equipment Service Company, $39,528.46, for <br />a 380KVA Generator for Water Division, Public Works Dept. <br />(4) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Sunland Ford, $10,398.41, four-by-four pickup, <br />for the Water Division, Public Works Department. <br />(5) Personnel <br />Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, May 19, 1987, amendment to <br />the Pay and Classification Plan to include Water Quality <br />Control Inspector. <br />(6) Contracts <br />Award of Contract, Bob Britton, $12,492.50, for Missing Link <br />Sidewalk, and approval of fund appropriation for the Project, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-46-87. <br />(7) Notice of Completion <br />Accept Housing Rehabilitation Case No. 83-STBG-077-40, as <br />complete and authorize filing the Notice of Completion. <br />(8) C.D.B.G. <br />Request approval of Housing Rehabilitation Loan No. 87- <br />COLTON REHAB -02, in the amount of $518, from Account No. <br />16-9930-89. <br />1 <br />
