Mr. Dwayne Hanson stated that he lives across the street from the <br />proposed project and he never received a notice about this. Mr. <br />Hanson also stated he is in favor of the project. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wilkins, 750 Sperry Drive, spoke in favor of the <br />proposed project, stating any improvement of that area will be an <br />asset to the City, and would be a definite improvement. <br />Mr. Steve Burris, 924 Iowa Avenue, also spoke in favor of the proposed <br />project, stating these homes will definitely enhance the area. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, the Public <br />Hearing was terminated. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass <br />First Reading and waive full reading of Ordinance No. 0-6-87. Vote was <br />unanimous. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-6-87 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />(First Reading) ORDINANCE NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />Appeals <br />Tentative Tract 13529 <br />City Attorney Edwards recommended that the matter concerning the Appeal <br />filed on Tentative Tract 13529 be continued to the next regular Council <br />Meeting, Tuesday, May 19, 1987. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to continue <br />hearing on Appeal filed on Tentative Tract 13529 to Tuesday, May 19, <br />1987, at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers.
