Mr. Dwayne Hanson stated that he lives across the street from the <br />proposed project and he never received a notice about this. Mr. <br />Hanson also stated he is in favor of the project. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wilkins, 750 Sperry Drive, spoke in favor of the <br />proposed project, stating any improvement of that area will be an <br />asset to the City, and would be a definite improvement. <br />Mr. Steve Burris, 924 Iowa Avenue, also spoke in favor of the proposed <br />project, stating these homes will definitely enhance the area. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, the Public <br />Hearing was terminated.
