COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 19, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Council Member Rehrer. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />May 5, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />59401 through 59467, 131406 through 131692 <br />(May 14, 1987) inclusive, as recommended by the Assistant <br />City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, A. B. Chance Company, $8,137.62; Maydwell and <br />Hartzell, $8,776.80; McGraw -Edison Company, $2,562.02; RTE <br />Corporation, $21,630.36; Transformers for Electric Dept. <br />(4) Bids <br />Approval to Advertise for Open Bids for the City's Air Con- <br />ditioning Maintenance Contract, City Project No. PW87-7, <br />two-year contract. <br />(5) Personnel <br />Set for Public Hearing, Tuesday, June 2, 1987, amendment to <br />the Pay and Classification Plan to include City Librarian. <br />(6) Water Division <br />Approval to annex the Fast Colton Heights Mutual Water Com- <br />pany, Ltd., Inc., into the City of Colton Water System. <br />(7) Water Division <br />Set Public Hearing, Tuesday, July 7, 1987, to form Improve- <br />ment District for the James Sullivan Mutual Water Company, <br />RESOLUTION NO.
