Minutes - City Attorney Edwards reported the City Clerk has <br />prepared a memorandum with regard to a request from Mr. Olin A. Schneyer. <br />Mr. Edwards stated Mr. Schneyer represents the property owner of the <br />property located at 240 E. Congress Street involved in the General Plan. <br />Mr. Edwards said Mr. Schneyer has asked for clarification of Councilwoman <br />Garcia's motion as reflected in the minutes. Mr. Edwards stated he <br />has reviewed the minutes and the transcript of the recorded tape of <br />the meeting, and in his opinion, the minutes are correct as presented and <br />2 <br />
