Ordinance No. 0-6-87 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-6-87 for Second Read- <br />ing, reading it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-6-87 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />(Second Reading) ORDINANCE NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-6-87. Unanimous vote. <br />Resolution No. R-57-87 <br />Tentative Tract 13529 <br />City Attorney Edwards advised that Resolution No. R-57-87 approves an <br />Appeal filed by Richard Henderson on Tentative Tract 13529, and Staff <br />recommends adoption of the Resolution. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />approve Resolution No. R-57-87. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO <br />R-57-87 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT 13529. <br />APPEAL <br />Lincoln Jewelers <br />City Attorney Edwards stated the City has received an appeal filed <br />by Lincoln Jewelers today which needs to be set for public hearing. <br />Having received the appeal after preparation and posting of the Agenda, <br />the City Council may by two-thirds vote determine that the need to <br />take action arose after the agenda was posted. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />determine that the need to take action on the appeal filed by Lincoln <br />Jewelers arose after the agenda was posted. Unanimous vote. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to <br />set the Appeal of Lincoln Jewelers for public hearing on June 2, 1987. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Roy Roman, 1825 Serrano Court, addressed the City Council with <br />regard to the parking congestion at Johnston and Serrano Court as a <br />result of T -Ball activities. Mr. Roman stated it is difficult to <br />see traffic in either direction and suggested that the curb be painted <br />red on the north side of Johnston going east and west. <br />67 <br />
