Ordinance No. 0-6-87 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-6-87 for Second Read- ing, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 0-6-87 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING (Second Reading) ORDINANCE NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-6-87. Unanimous vote. Resolution No. R-57-87 Tentative Tract 13529 City Attorney Edwards advised that Resolution No. R-57-87 approves an Appeal filed by Richard Henderson on Tentative Tract 13529, and Staff recommends adoption of the Resolution. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. R-57-87. Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO R-57-87 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT 13529. APPEAL Lincoln Jewelers City Attorney Edwards stated the City has received an appeal filed by Lincoln Jewelers today which needs to be set for public hearing. Having received the appeal after preparation and posting of the Agenda, the City Council may by two-thirds vote determine that the need to take action arose after the agenda was posted. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to determine that the need to take action on the appeal filed by Lincoln Jewelers arose after the agenda was posted. Unanimous vote. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to set the Appeal of Lincoln Jewelers for public hearing on June 2, 1987. Unanimous vote. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Mr. Roy Roman, 1825 Serrano Court, addressed the City Council with regard to the parking congestion at Johnston and Serrano Court as a result of T -Ball activities. Mr. Roman stated it is difficult to see traffic in either direction and suggested that the curb be painted red on the north side of Johnston going east and west. 67
