CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Ordinance No. 0-5-87 -_ Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-5-87 for Second Read- ing, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 0-5-87 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING (Second Reading) ORDINANCE NO. 1602, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-5-87. Unanimous vote. Resolution No. R-56-87 Index No. G-2-86 City Attorney Edwards stated that Resolution No. R-56-87 adopts the General Plan, and is a companion to Ordinance No. 0-5-87. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. R-56-87. Unanimous vote.
