PUBLIC HEARINGS: Zone Change/General Plan Amendment Ord. No. 0-21-87 Mayor Gonzales declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported that no protests or objections had been received. Planner II David Zamora reported on a change of zone, from C-2 to R-3, on property located at the southeast corner of "K" and 7th Streets, re- quested by Teresa Lopez, in order to construct a newer, single family home on the site. Mr. Zamora advised that the Planning Commission reviewed this matter at a public hearing held October 13, 1987, and recommended approval as outlined in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3022. 2
