Vacations <br />Res. No. R-137-87 <br />Mr. Lyons reported on a proposed vacation of a bike path north of Cooley <br />Drive and west of Mt. Vernon Avenue, consisting of 12 feet. Mr. Lyons <br />advised the Resolution of Intention should be amended to read "12" feet <br />instead on "10" feet as shown on lines 10 and 26. <br />Mr. Lyons concluded Staff recommends Council approve Resolution No. R- <br />137-87, declaring intent to vacate the 12 foot bike path on Cooley Drive <br />and setting this matter for public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 1987. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, approving <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-137-87, as amended. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO.
