COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 17, 1987 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on <br />the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />November 3, 1987 <br />(2) Warrants <br />63646 through 63657, 63658 through 63982 <br />135012 through 135190, 135191 through 135339 <br />(November 12, 1987) <br />_ (3) Notice of Completion <br />Authorize filing the Notice of Completion of Rehabilitation <br />Loan 87-STBG-077-42. <br />(4) Graffiti Program <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-147-87, to define blight and pre- <br />vent blight for Graffiti Program. <br />(5) Recycling Facilities <br />Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-149-87, fixing and establishing <br />fees for applications pertaining to Recycling Facilities, <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-17-87. <br />(6) Parcel Maps <br />Offer of Dedication for Cooley Drive as part of Parcel Map <br />No. 7442. <br />(7) Library <br />Submission of United States Department of Education Library <br />Literacy Grant Application. <br />(8) Claims <br />Eric Radford, Nathan Hart versus the City of Colton. Recom- <br />mend denial. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. Vote was unanimous. <br />1 <br />
