PARTIES, through the Board of Control created by the <br />COORDINATED AGREEMENT, an annual report summarizing management, <br />operation and maintenance activities and other matters of <br />interest as agreed upon by the PARTIES. SAWPA shall also <br />provide such other written or oral reports as may be reasonably <br />requested by the other PARTIES. <br />b. Budgets. Not later than 90 days before the <br />commencement of any fiscal year (defined as July 1 to June 30), <br />SAWPA shall prepare an annual budget and submit the same to <br />the Board of Control for review and approval, which Budget <br />shall estimate expenditures necessary for the operation, <br />maintenance and repair of the Demonstration System. After <br />incorporating such revisions as may be agreed upon by the Board <br />of Control, the Board of Control shall submit a final budget to <br />the governing bodies of COLTON and SAN BERNARDINO no later than <br />45 days prior to the start of the fiscal year. <br />7. Emergency Repairs And Replacement. COLTON and SAN <br />BERNARDINO shall fund and SAWPA shall maintain an interest-bearing <br />account of not more than $25,000.00 nor less than $15,000.00, <br />accrued interest included, for the sole purpose of funding emergency <br />repairs to the Demonstration System. SAN BERNARDINO and COLTON <br />agree to promptly replenish this Emergency Fund as needed. SAN <br />BERNARDINO shall contribute 75% of the funding and COLTON shall <br />0 <br />
