concept and coming back to the City Council with a resolution in <br />September. <br />Discussion followed on the motion and recommendation by <br />Councilmember Sandoval. Mayor Gonzales wished to include the <br />recommendation in his motion. Councilmember Beltran stated he <br />would not accept the addition on his second. Councilmember <br />Sandoval stated the City needs to take a bold step and come out of <br />the dark ages. <br />Mayor Gonzales called for a vote on the original motion. Motion <br />carried.
