COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 6, 1994 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:30 P. M., in Council Chambers as <br />duly noticed, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Jim Stovall. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL <br />City Clerk Ramos reported on the results of the General Municipal <br />Election held on November 8, 1994. She submitted the resolution <br />Reciting the Fact of the General Municipal Election Held and <br />Declaring the Result: George V. Fulp was elected at large as Mayor <br />of the City f or 4 years; Don Sanders was elected as District 1 <br />Member of the City Council for the full term of 4 years; John C. <br />Hutton was elected as District 2 Member of the City Council f or the <br />full term of 4 years; and, Betty L. Cook was elected as District 4 <br />Member of the City Council for the full term of 4 years. <br />Motion by Councilmember Beltran, seconded by Councilmember <br />Sandoval, to accept and adopt Resolution No. R-130-94. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-130-94. - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />RECITING THE FACT OF THE GENERAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY <br />ON NOVEMBER 8, 1994, DECLARING THE <br />RESULT THEREOF AND SUCH OTHER <br />PROVISIONS OF LAW. <br />PRESENTATIONS TO OUTGOING CITY OFFICIALS <br />Recognizing many years of service and expressing gratitude for <br />their dedication to the job, there were numerous plagues, <br />DEC 6 1994 <br />
