Councilmember Bennett requested that proposed Minutes of November <br />15, 1994 be continued to next Council Agenda to allow for a <br />discussion with the City Clerk. <br />As requested, Mayor Fulp announced that Agenda Items Nos. 3, 4, 5, <br />6, 8 and 9 would be pulled from Consent Calendar for discussion. <br />Mayor Fulp asked for clarification on public comment. city <br />Attorney Biggs advised that the Public Comment section of the <br />Agenda is to allow for discussion on items not on the agenda.
