Councilmember Cook asked if the interim moratorium would affect <br />current building permits and the City Attorney stated that the <br />building permits currently in effect will remain. Any building <br />permits issued will proceed. <br />Councilmember Sandoval stated he would second the motion on the <br />condition that it apply to all hillside development not just Reche <br />Canyon. Motion carried with unanimous vote. <br />CITY MANAGEWS REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />There were no reports. <br />RECESS: <br />At 7:45 P. M., Mayor Gonzales declared a brief recess before taking <br />up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. <br />At 7:47 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all <br />Councilmembers present as heretofore. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:49 P. M., to <br />discuss Personnel Matters pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54957, and Litigation Matters pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(a). <br />At 8:22 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all Members <br />present as heretofore. City Attorney Biggs announced that the City <br />Council had authorized settlement agreement with M. Grabavac and no <br />other action was taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 8:24 P. M., Mayor Gonzales declared the meeting adjourned. <br />HELEN A.
