Unanimous vote. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />Drive -Through Food Establishments <br />Mayor Gonzales announced that this was the time and place fixed for <br />public hearing for consideration of an amendment to Title 18 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code relating to drive-through food <br />establishments, File Index Number DO -68-93. <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and <br />reported no protests or objections were received. <br />Community Development Director Zamora informed that the present <br />Zoning Ordinance does not address drive-through services for food <br />establishments. Therefore, this use has been permitted in the <br />zones which allow "Eating/Drinking Establishments." <br />As requested by City Manager Young and with approval of the <br />Planning Commission, the proposed amendment will require a <br />0 <br />JAN 0 4 1994 <br />
