PUBLIC HEARING Drive -Through Food Establishments Mayor Gonzales announced that this was the time and place fixed for public hearing for consideration of an amendment to Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code relating to drive-through food establishments, File Index Number DO -68-93. Mayor Gonzales declared the public hearing open. City Clerk Ramos submitted the Affidavit of Publication and reported no protests or objections were received. Community Development Director Zamora informed that the present Zoning Ordinance does not address drive-through services for food establishments. Therefore, this use has been permitted in the zones which allow "Eating/Drinking Establishments." As requested by City Manager Young and with approval of the Planning Commission, the proposed amendment will require a 0 JAN 0 4 1994
