Discussion had regarding the scheduling of future meetings. Members of the City Council indicated that they would like to know of future events and dates before they are formalized. Further, they asked that meetings be primarily scheduled during the week as opposed to Saturdays. City Manager Young apologized for an error in the scheduling of a joint study with the school board. Staff had not confirmed meeting time and date. He had wanted the item on the consent calendar of the agenda as he wanted City Council's direction on the planning of future meetings. The majority of the Council Members provided the date of Wednesday, March 23, 1994 as a tentative meeting date with the school board. Councilmember Cook informed that Planning Commission and Park and Recreation Commission have asked to meet with the City Council. City Clerk Ramos said she had been made aware that a Planning Commission/City Council Meeting had been tentatively set for March 19, 1994 with the Law Firm of Sabo and Green to present an important review of the recent changes to the Brown Act. CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: There were no reports. RECESS: At 7:45 P. M., Mayor Gonzales declared a brief recess before taking up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. At 8:06 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all Councilmembers present as heretofore. CLOSED SESSION• The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:06 P. M., to discuss Personnel Matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Litigation Matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a). At 8:19 P.
