Councilmember Beltran said he would hold the City Manager <br />responsible and, in addition, he would request that the City <br />Manager tender his resignation due to fiscal irresponsibility. <br />Redevelopment Agency Chairman Sandoval responded that as to <br />Redevelopment there will be a study session scheduled. <br />Councilmember Beltran said that was very good. <br />4-10 Work Week <br />Councilmember Sandoval said that one item needed to be revisited -- <br />the 4/10 work week. He said he and some of his fellow members had <br />now served one year and now needed a complete analysis on the 4/10 <br />and 5/8 work week. He requested this item be agendized for the <br />next City Council Meeting. <br />Moratorium <br />City Attorney Biggs apologized that a heavy work schedule prevented <br />her from agendizing the proposed ordinance regarding moratorium on <br />issuance of building permits for construction of buildings in slope <br />areas of the City where compaction problems have been identified. <br />She advised that upon 3/4 vote of the Council the matter could be <br />added to the Agenda for consideration. Councilmembers Beltran <br />asked that the matter be held over to the next meeting to allow <br />--� Council to review the document. Community Development Director <br />Zamora said he had received the proposed ordinance yesterday.
