Item No. 2 seconded by Councilmember Cisneros, except for Agenda Items Nos. 2, 2 0, Motion by Mayor Gonzales, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, to accept and approve the warrants issued lists. As requested by Councilmember Beltran, Mayor Gonzales directed that roll call vote be taken by City Clerk Ramos. Motion carried with Councilmember Beltran voting "No." Item No. 20 Motion by Councilmember Bennett, seconded by Councilmember Rios, to waive full reading and pass Second Reading of Ordinance No. 0-02-94 with the following addition to the language in Section 18.56.030, Sub -section "C," to include the term "Non -Motorized Trailers." Item No. 26 Councilmember Bennett requested that the date found in Subsection 3.5.1 be corrected to April 1, 1994. She questioned Section 3.8. Councilmember Beltran indicated there were many discrepancies in the lease.
