CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(1) Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Project <br />Approve Resolution of the City Council of the City of Colton, <br />California, Making Findings and Determinations as to the <br />Benefit of Certain Public Facilities for the Cooley Ranch <br />Redevelopment Project Area, RESOLUTION NO. R-31-94. <br />Motion by Councilmember Sandoval, seconded by Councilmember Rios, to <br />accept and approve the only item on the Consent Calendar. <br />City Attorney Biggs advised that Councilmember Beltran may wish to <br />abstain from casting a vote on this agenda item. Whereupon, <br />Councilmember Beltran voiced his desire to abstain from voting on Item <br />1, upon advice of Counsel. <br />Therefore, the above motion carried with Councilmember Bennett voting <br />"No" and Councilmember Beltran abstaining from the vote. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER (Continued) <br />Study Session(s) <br />There was discussion as to the planning of study sessions and the <br />--• availability of Councilmembers. City Manager Young declared he needed <br />direction from the Members before dates could be established. After <br />input from Members, the following sessions were established: <br />Work Week: April 19, 1994 at 5:00 P. M. <br />Planning Commission <br />and Brown Act: May 3, 1994 at 5:00 P. M. <br />School Board: May 17, 1994 at 5:00 P. M. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Upon Motion by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmember Rios, <br />Mayor Gonzales adjourned the meeting at 5:50 P.
