Unanimous vote. 1� Agenda Item 2 From the Materiel Warrant Packet of April 24, 1994, particularly Register No. 3261 (Warrant No. 196181) for $14,094.00, Councilmember Beltran suggested that there be no further payment to McGladrey & Pullen until the City received the audit for 1992-93 fiscal year. Finance Director Chamberlain reported that the amount represented a progress payment, not payment in full. She stated that a meeting was scheduled next week with the audit committee for final review before audit is presented to the City Council. she indicated that the audit has been completed. She stated that a preliminary report on 1993-94 budget has been prepared. Ms. Chamberlain explained it had been a long audit process. The Mayor and Members of the City Council expressed their gratitude for her accomplishments during her brief stay and wished Ms. Chamberlain great success in her new business endeavor. Motion by Councilmember Beltran, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, to accept and approve the materiel warrant information. Unanimous vote. 4 MAY 17 1994
