Motion by Councilmember Sandoval, Seconded by Mayor Gonzales, to <br />approve the move to join Amicus Curiae briefs. Unanimous vote. <br />RECESS: <br />At 10:40 P. M., Mayor Gonzales declared a brief recess before <br />taking up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton. <br />CLOSED SESSIOIN: <br />At 10:48 P. M., Mayor Gonzales declared the City Council adjourned <br />to Closed Session to consider the item regarding City of Orange v. <br />City of Hemet, et al. <br />At 10:50 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all Members <br />present as heretofore. City Attorney Biggs announced that there <br />was discussion on pending litigation, City of Orange v. City of <br />Hemet, et al (City of Colton is a named defendant.) <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 10:55 P.
