(20) Conflict of Interest Code Conflict of Interest Code 1994 Biennial Update, RESOLUTION NO. R-121-94. (21) Fireworks Licenses Second Reading and Adoption of ORDINANCE NO. 0-19-94 to allow up to Five Youth Groups sponsored by the Colton Unified School District to receive Fireworks Licenses in any One Calendar Year. Moved by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Rios, to approve the Consent Calendar. Motion carried by unanimous vote. PUBLIC COMMENT: Weed Abatement & Traffic Miss Lorraine June, 688 No. 7th Street, addressed the Council asking if the City's Weed Abatement Program covered railroad properties. Fire Marshal Sork replied affirmatively and said notices for the Fall Program are in the mail and include all vacant parcels including railroad properties. The weed abatement will start on November 2, 1994. Miss June noted that the rumble buttons on South La Cadena were removed when the street was repaved and were not put back in place. Miss June felt the rumble buttons deterred traffic from speeding in the area of the school and should be reinstalled. Miss June reported that 10th and "O" Streets was a "T" intersection and should have a Stop sign installed. 3 OCT 1 8 1994
