INTRODUCTION Mayor Gonzales introduced Mr. Nabar Martinez who was recently appointed, by the City Council, as the City Manager of the City of Colton. PUBLIC COMMENT City Manager Mr. Christopher Gahr, 901 E. Washington, recalled that at a recent City Council meeting the Mayor voted for the motion upholding no city manager would be placed until a new City Council was elected in November. The Mayor expressed that to do otherwise would be "stupid and ignorant." Mr. Gahr asked if the Mayor was "stupid and ignorant."
