Total Cost to Implement Plan two versus three. <br />Utilities Chairman Butler stated that Option 2 needed more <br />specificity as to staffing, management and operations. <br />Vice -Chairperson Jackson asked for the dollar value of business <br />lost last year from July 1994 to 1995, namely, the Colton Unified <br />School District, and report on the potential revenue and <br />enhancement to be gained. <br />Commissioner Cordova said there was a need for a ball -park figure <br />between options 2 and 3, for the report to be brought back October <br />19, 1995. <br />After discussion, Mayor Fulp clarified City Council's referral to <br />the Utilities Commission which is to focus on Options two and three <br />for the Final Draft, with the Utilities Commission's <br />recommendations that fit that goal. If this goal is not addressed, <br />Mayor Fulp, with City Council approval, stated that the City <br />Manager is allowed his professional discretion to review and strike <br />information not addressing the specific goal. <br />Agenda Setting - Utility Users Tax <br />Viewing the following matter as an emergency, Mayor Fulp ordered <br />the following item be placed on the City Council Agenda for <br />September 19, 1995: Review of the 6% Utility Users Tax as to <br />Churches and Non -Profit Organizations. <br />Power Cost Adjustment Worksho <br />Mayor Fulp estimated the hearing on this topic would take <br />approximately one hour and, with Council Approval, continued the <br />matter to September 19, 1995. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 9:07 P.
