made and voted on. Financial Services Manager Cloud provided the <br />history of the position. Councilmember Sandoval wanted to know what <br />efforts were being made to cross -train staff. He indicated he could not <br />support this request as there were many sacrifices being made at <br />present. <br />Motion by Councilmember Hutton, seconded by Councilmember Bennett, to <br />ratify the new employee appointment to Account Technician II as <br />recommended by the Finance Director. Motion carried with Councilmember <br />Sandoval voting "No." <br />RECESS: <br />At 6:00 P.
