She announced and invited everyone to the Chamber of Commerce's gala event for the Community Center to be held on Friday, November 10, 1995. Mayor Fulp informed that the City Council approved the Chamber's use of the facility. There was discussion on the mailing and printing of invitations and sale of alcoholic beverages. District 1 Councilmember Sanders wished Councilmembers Cook and Beltran success on the gala event. He spoke about a successful meeting held October 19, 1995 with residence at Corral Tree Road which the Police Chief, City Manager and Mayor Fulp attended. The residents shared concerns and grievances. He announced a follow-up meeting on November 9, 1995 at 6:15 P. M. for the residents of Coral Tree Road, Joshua Tree and Sago Palm Road regarding the development of events.
