Government Code Section 54954.2(a). Motion carried unanimously. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in <br />Closed Session to confer with Legal Counsel regarding one matter of <br />significant exposure to potential litigation, pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54956.9(b) and to discuss a personnel <br />matter regarding the position of Secretary to the City Council, <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. <br />At 6:39 P.M., Mayor Fulp recessed the meeting to allow Council to <br />meet in Closed Session. At 7:13 P.
