1 -111 .I 1 F 14 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 19, 1995 A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:32 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. FLAG SALUTE: Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. INVOCATION: Chaplain Glen C. Harris offered the invocation. ROLL CALL: Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. �A MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: Presentations Awards Proclamations * Amidst accolades and expressions of gratitude for outstanding, loyal service and recognition of personal and professional achievements, the Mayor and City Council extended its best wishes for a happy retirement to Mr. Paul Castro, Truck Driver, Sanitation, Public Works (20 Years); Mr. Henry Yzaguirre, Sr., Maintenance Worker, Parks Division, Public Works (36 Years); Mr. Tommy Castorena, Sr., Maintenance Worker, Parks Division, Public Works (24 Years); Ms. Linda Norris, Detective Division Clerk, Police Department (24 Years); Mrs. Donna Douglas, 'Secretary to Chief of Police, Police Department (15 Years); Captain Richard Mansfield, Fire Department (29 Years); Mrs. Margaret Ramos, Executive secretary/Assistant to the Mayor and City Council (24 1/2 Years); and, Mrs. Helen A. Ramos, City Clerk/ Risk Manager/Cemetery Manager (23 Years). Mr. Bob Ulloa, representative of State Senator Ayala Office and State Assemblyman Baca, presented a Senate Resolution to City Clerk Ramos. Mr. Joe Rodriguez from Supervisor Eaves Office, presented City Clerk Ramos with a Resolution from the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino. In further celebration, Ms. Debbi Raven sang a melody of favorite songs. DEC. 1 9 1995
