* Ms. Cynthia DeLaRosa presented a plaque to Councilmember Betty Cook for her <br />successful endeavors on behalf of Veteran's Park in District 4. <br />RECESS: <br />At 7:17 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared a recess and invited the assembly to a reception in honor <br />of the Retirees. At 7:46 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared the meeting reconvened with all Members <br />present as heretofore. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Councilmember Sanders requested that Item 6 be pulled for discussion. Mayor Fulp requested <br />that Items 9 and 11 be pulled for discussion. <br />City Attorney Biggs agreed that Item 6 and all related items be pulled and placed as one specific <br />item under staff reports, ahead of City Clerk's report, for adoption of Ordinances addressing <br />amendments and ancillary resolutions listing findings of fact. She informed that there were <br />similar documents from the Planning Department which needed to be added to the Agenda, by <br />vote of Council. She indicated that the proposed item arose subsequent to the posting of the <br />agenda and she requested that the Agenda item be identified as Item No. 20A, B, C and D. <br />Motion by Mayor Fulp, seconded by Councilmember Sanders, to add Item 20A, B, C and D, <br />to the present agenda, pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(2), as there is a need <br />to take immediate action and the need for action came to the attention of the local agency <br />subsequent to the posting of the agenda, as specified in Government Code Section 54954.2(a). <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes of October 3, 1995, and Regular Meeting <br />Minutes of November 28, 1995, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated December 04, 1995, <br />consisting of 20 Pages; Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated December 07, <br />1995, consisting of 30 Pages; Payroll Warrant Register dated December 05, <br />1995, consisting of 11 Pages; Payroll Warrants Register dated November 28, <br />1995, consisting of One Page; Payroll Warrant Register dated November 29, <br />1995, consisting of One Page and Payroll Warrant Register, dated November 29, <br />1995, consisting of One Page, as recommended by the Director of Finance. <br />(3) Bid/Lease <br />F4 <br />DEC 1 9 1995 <br />
