COUNCIL METING _ Regular Meetin of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6 -* 30 P. M, 8 1n the Council Chambers of the City Hall as duly noticed, Mayor Fulp presiding. At 6 ** 3 7 P. M., after the Redevelopment Agency's session, Mayor Fulp declared brief recess to 6.-45 P. M. At 6 d 3"7 P. M,, Mayor Fulp declared the meeting convened. INVOCATION: Invocation was offered by Chaplin Manny Orin ROLL CAL,L: o ncilmem ers present were Hutton, Sanders, Beltran, and Mayor Fulp. He then read Mayor Fulp acknowledged Councilmember Bennett who called attention to a recent article in The �:n regarding a. highly sensitive and confidential subject In olving an employee and a possible somal harassment charge. She angrily denounced the "leaking" of this matter by fellow Councilmembers, exclaiming the Council had an obligation to protect employees' rights. She found. it reprehensible to use an employee for his/her own agenda. She found this action to be cruel it demeans and devalues the system.. The violator should be put on notice that this action will not b tolerated. .ty Attorney Biggs cautioned about decorum and reminded the Mayor that advancement on the Agenda of the ILa or° & Council Comments section was not approved by Council at this time. Council ember Sanders said it was important that Council follow the agenda.; it should not start the meeting on a negative nate.
