(No vote taken.) <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Regular Meeting held January 17, 1995 as on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) PULLED FOR INDIVIDUAL VOTE. <br />(3) CONTINUED TO FEBRUARY 21, 1995. <br />(4) CONTINUED TO FEBRUARY 21, 1995. <br />(5) Claims <br />Claims of Tammy Morales and Community Thrift & Loan <br />denied. <br />(6) Personnel/Contract <br />Approval of Employment Contract of Margaret Ramos, <br />Executive Assistant to the Mayor and City Council. <br />(7) Agreement <br />Authorize the Mayor to Sign an Interchange Agreement <br />between the City of Colton and Platte River Power <br />Authority for Capacity and Energy Transactions. <br />(8) PULLED FOR DISCUSSION. <br />(9) Public Hearing <br />Public Hearing set for Regular City Council Meeting of <br />February 21, 1995, the Prioritization and Funding of <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects for the <br />21st Program Year, 1995-96. <br />Motion by Councilmember Sanders, seconded Councilmember Bennett, to <br />approve Consent Calendar except for Agenda Items 2, 31 4 and 8. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Agenda Items Nos. 10, 35 & Closed Session Items A and E <br />Councilmember Beltran moved to pull Agenda Items Nos. 10 and 35 and <br />Closed Session Items A and E for consideration at another meeting. <br />Councilmember Bennett asked why Item 35 was being pulled at this <br />time and declared that everytime Council was ready to act on it, <br />the item was pulled. She asked if he was afraid to discuss it. <br />Mayor Fulp declared this action out of order and declared that Item <br />35 would remain on the agenda which was seconded by Councilmember <br />Bennett. Motion failed with Councilmembers Bennett and Sanders and <br />Mayor Fulp voting "Yes." Councilmember Sandoval stated he was not <br />decided as to Item 35. <br />2 <br />FEB 0 7 1995 <br />
