IBEW Local 47 has met with the City and there <br />.as been a proposal to eliminate retirement and eliminate medical <br />leave. He argued that employees de net need to give up their <br />lives. He said the City needs the medical center and needs to <br />a <br />increase revenue. He suggested there are a lot of ways to generate <br />revenue.
