City of Colton was <br />held on the above give. date at 6:33 PP M., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall duly noticed Mayer Tulp presiding. <br />FLAG 'E <br />After the salute to the flag, Miss Diane Shipley sang the National <br />Anthem. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Mayer Fulp announced that the ColtonMinisterial Association <br />*ted the community to join them in the National Day of Prayer on <br />May 4, 1995 a . noon and at 7a OO P M. He said that the noon <br />service would take place on the front lawn of City Hall. <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennet, Cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran,, and. Mayor Fulp.
