Mi <br />.11995 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the. City of Colton was <br />held on the above give. date at 6:33 PP M., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall duly noticed Mayer Tulp presiding. <br />FLAG 'E <br />After the salute to the flag, Miss Diane Shipley sang the National <br />Anthem. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Mayer Fulp announced that the ColtonMinisterial Association <br />*ted the community to join them in the National Day of Prayer on <br />May 4, 1995 a . noon and at 7a OO P M. He said that the noon <br />service would take place on the front lawn of City Hall. <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennet, Cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran,, and. Mayor Fulp. Also present were Cita Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramer. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL IM: <br />Presentations, Award Proclamations <br />Mayor Fulp introduced Miss Diane Shipley and her mother Mrs <br />Donna Shipley and presented each with a personal memento and <br />conveyed his good wishes. <br />ouncilmember Cook read the proclamation declaring the weed. of <br />May 1-27, 1995 as Insurance ' ox en,'a Week. Council em er <br />Bennett had requested the proclamation and she offered to <br />deliver same. <br />Councilmember Beltran read the Resolution of Recognition <br />honoring Virginia Enr quez Decker, Southern Area <br />Admin strator. Employment Development Department for the State <br />of California.
