R-34-95- A RESOLUTIONF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON SUPPORTING THE <br />CONTINUED OPERATIONS OF THE LONG <br />EH NAVAL SHIPYARD AND OTHER <br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA MILITARY <br />FACILITIES. <br />GENDA REVIEW; <br />Mayor Fulp said there was a request to adjourn the meeting to <br />Closed Session to discuss Item A due to the fact that Legal Counsel <br />was present and the third party administrator's representative had <br />traveled from Tustin, California. <br />CLOSED S IO� <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in <br />Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 to <br />confer with. Legal Counsel regarding the pending litigation <br />regarding Sty. lis v. City of Colton, et al. <br />At 6:48 P. M., with consensus of Council, Mayor Fulp declared the <br />meeting adjourned to Closed Session. At 7:12 P 9 M. meeting <br />reconvene, with all Members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council did meet in <br />Closed Session pursuant, under GC Section 5495649 to confer with <br />Legal Counsel regarding pending litigation of Staples va City of <br />Colton, et al.
