M. for a Concert. <br />(10) PULLED FOR DISCUSSION. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, <br />to accept and approve the Consent Calendar, except for Agenda Items <br />31 41 5, 6 and 10. Unanimous vote. <br />Agenda Item No. 3 <br />Mayor Fulp said this action would have a financial impact of $8,000 <br />and he asked the Personnel Director why reinstate a position that <br />was previously eliminated. Personnel Director Harmon indicated <br />that in consideration of the 33 years of service to the City by the <br />incumbent Building Maintenance Superintendent, it was requested the <br />individual be reinstated so that he may qualify for the PERS <br />"golden handshake." <br />Motion by Councilmember Sandoval, seconded by Councilmember Cook, <br />to accept staff recommendation. Unanimous vote. <br />Agenda Item No. 4 <br />Mayor Fulp wanted to know if there was a total amount of impact. <br />Personnel Director Harmon said she had taken the worst case <br />scenario formula.
