CLOSED SESSION: <br />Item A <br />Mayor Fulp announced a request to advance Closed Session Item A as <br />all parties are present and the time for hearing is estimated at 15 <br />minutes. With City Council approval, he so ordered. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in <br />Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, regarding <br />Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release. <br />At 6:40 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared the meeting adjourned to Closed <br />Session. At 6:49 P. M. meeting reconvened with all Members <br />present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council did meet in <br />Closed Session, pursuant to GC Section 54957, regarding Public <br />Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release.
