CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 28, 1995 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:40 P. M., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Bob Johnson offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran <br />and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager Martinez, City <br />Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilmember <br />Sandoval who had to leave because of a family emergency. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations, Awards. Proclamations <br />* Mayor Pro Tempore Cook read and presented certificates of <br />recognition to Vista Volunteers: Linda Rhodes, Roma Santiago <br />and Peter Shallenroth. <br />* Mayor Pro Tempore Cook read and presented a Certificate of <br />Commendation to Angie Cordova, Community Leader, from the <br />Chamber of Commerce and Bengie Ibarra, City Recreation <br />Services Manager, who organized the Colton Veterans Day <br />Parade. <br />Mayor Fulp introduced Political Science Professor Milliken <br />from San Bernardino Valley College, who was present with his <br />class of students. <br />* Mayor Fulp thanked the Police Department's Citizen Volunteers <br />for their successful Second Annual Haunted House. <br />Gouncilmember Bennett joined the recognition and presented <br />certificates and the Mayor's plaques to the following <br />individuals: Fred Wilson, Charles Ege, Nan Franco, John <br />Mitchell, Dewey Griffin, Lou Merrick, Teresa Quiroz, Annette <br />Romo, Bruce Bennett, Dwight Berg, Virginia McMillin, Pam <br />Seely, Dorothy Smith, Evelyn Rehrer, Frances Weaver, Phyllis <br />t IDV `L 6 1�!4 <br />
