REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 31 1995 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:35 p.m., in <br />the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Glen C. Harris offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran <br />and Mayor Fulp. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Councilmember Cook presented a Resolution of Appreciation to Mr. Allan B. <br />Steward. <br />Mayor Fulp recognized the Deputy City Clerk Teresa Delgado and wished her a <br />happy birthday. Mayor Fulp thanked Mr. Dave Toro for volunteering to operate <br />the camera. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />City Manager Martinez stated there were no new items to be added to the agenda. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Councilmember Bennett requested Item No's. 2 and 4 be pulled from the agenda for <br />discussion. Mayor Fulp requested Item No. 6 be pulled from the agenda for <br />discussion. Councilmember Cook requested Item No. 15 be pulled from the agenda <br />for discussion. City Attorney Biggs stated Item No. 14 needs to be pulled from <br />the agenda to set a date. <br />Motion by Councilmember Sanders, seconded by Councilmember Beltran, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar except the Item No's. 2, 4, 6, 14, and 15.
