City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54956.9, regarding the following matter of Pending Litigation: Maya <br />Zigler vs. City of Colton. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 54957 with respect to Public Employee Appointment: Appointment <br />of Director of Water and Wastewater. <br />City Attorney Biggs stated that no reportable action was anticipated. <br />At 8: 00 P. M. , Mayor Fulp declared a recess and directed Council to Closed Session. <br />At 8:19 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared the meeting reconvenes; all Members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council did meet in Closed Session to confer on those <br />items announced regarding pending litigation and public employee appointment and stated that <br />no reportable action was taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 8:20 P.
