CLOSED SESSION: With Council approval, City Attorney Biggs announced that Council would meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) regarding one matter of pending litigation: Tennyson Pipeline v. City of Colton. She announced no discussion would be held on Pacific Tractor v. City of Colton. At 7:15 P. M., meeting adjourned to Closed Session and reconvenes at 7:30 P. M., with all Members present. City Attorney Biggs announced Council did meet in Closed Session as indicated above and there was no reportable action. AGENDA REVIEW: Mayor Fulp listed the order of agenda items: Nos. 16, 23 and 29 to follow Mayor/Council Comments. Upon Council request, items 3, 4, 5, 71 8 and 13 were pulled for discussion. Item No. 24 was pulled from the Agenda. There being no objection, Mayor Fulp moved Items Nos. 3, 4 and 5 to Closed Session for discussion because of potential litigation. City Attorney Biggs asked that the public be informed that action may be taken.
