CLOSED SESSION: <br />With Council approval, City Attorney Biggs announced that Council <br />would meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(b) regarding one matter of pending litigation: Tennyson <br />Pipeline v. City of Colton. She announced no discussion would be <br />held on Pacific Tractor v. City of Colton. <br />At 7:15 P. M., meeting adjourned to Closed Session and reconvenes <br />at 7:30 P. M., with all Members present. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced Council did meet in Closed Session as <br />indicated above and there was no reportable action. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Mayor Fulp listed the order of agenda items: Nos. 16, 23 and 29 to <br />follow Mayor/Council Comments. Upon Council request, items 3, 4, <br />5, 71 8 and 13 were pulled for discussion.
