Item 7 - Customer Credit Check Reports Mr. John Longfield commented on review process. After discussion, motion/second by Beltran/Sanders to approve the agreement with Equifax Utility Information Services and to accept and adopt Resolution No. R-28-96, with modification to Customer Service Policy to include that such credit reports are to remain confidential carried upon unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. R-28-96 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, REVISING CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY NUMBERS 15 AND 27 TO ESTABLISH A CREDIT REPORTING SYSTEM AND TO INCREASE TURN -ON FEES BY $2 TO PAY FOR SYSTEM COSTS. Item 8 - Westside Electric Facilities Proiect/Sales Tax After discussion, motion/second by Sanders/Cook to accept staff recommendation to increase the EPC contract by $364,603 to include the sales tax on construction material procured for the transmission line, substation and distribution facilities on the westside of Colton.
