Motion was made by Council Member Beltran, second by Council Member Hutton and carried by unanimous vote to approve the Consent Calendar with the exceptions of Items 10 and 12. ITEM 10 NOTICE OF COMPLETION/SOUTH LA CADENA BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT Council Member Sandoval requested that Item 10 be continued to the meeting of February 6, 1996, and hearing no objection, Mayor Fulp so ordered. ITEM 12 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT Council Member Sanders asked if the termination of the contract severed all ties with LEMNA and Interim Water/Wastewater Director Les Evans said yes, subject to the payment of for design services to LEMNA in the sum of $34,741, and bonding costs for MESA Contracting Corp., in the sum of $7,265.70.
