Development - Tract 15480-1. <br />(9) Zoning Ordinance <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of Ordinance Amending the <br />Zoning Ordinance to Permit a Zone Change from BP (Business Park) to <br />R-1 /PC (Single Family Residential/Planned Community), ORDINANCE NO. <br />0-16-96. <br />(10) Non -Motorized Vehicles <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of Ordinance Adding <br />Chapter 10. 10 of the Colton Municipal Code relating to Off -Site Parking <br />of Non -Motorized Vehicles on City Streets, ORDINANCE NO. 0-19-96. <br />(11) Redevelopment Agency <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading of Ordinance Approving <br />the West Valley Specific Plan, ORDINANCE NO. 0-17-96. <br />(12) Permit <br />Approval of a Dance Permit for Mule Lip Saloon, located at 1349 A West <br />Valley Blvd. in the City of Colton. <br />(13) Fleming Park <br />Colton First Baptist Church request the use of Fleming Park on July 7, <br />1996 for a Church Social. <br />Motion/second by Cook/Bennett to accept and approve the Consent Calendar, except <br />for Items 5 and 6 which were pulled for discussion. Unanimous Vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />Board and Commissions <br />Representing the Library Trustee Board, Rev. Bob Johnson spoke excitedly of the <br />computer/printer center, comprised of three stations, at the Central Library. He noted <br />that Luque Center, in addition to Central Library, now provided private access to the <br />internet, for a limited time, daily. He indicated the need for a CD Rom program. He <br />thanked and praised Finance Director Vega, City Manager Martinez, Colton High <br />School Librarian Williams and City Librarian Davis for their assistance. <br />CM Hansen nominated Tish Baden for appointment to the Community Facilities <br />District Commission. <br />Motion/second by Bennett/Beltran to approve the appointment carried upon <br />unanimous vote. <br />3 <br />JUL 0 2 W <br />
