Approved award of contract for the solids handling study to Black & Veatch in the amount of $36,020.00. (17) Assessments (Demolitions)/County Tax Rolls Adoption of Resolution for annual placement of the payment of assessments (demolitions) on the County Tax Rolls, RESOLUTION NO. R-75-96. (18) CDBG Approved the reprogramming of $11,396 of CDBG funds from the Contingency Account to "Street Improvements - Agua Mansa Road," RESOLUTION NO. R-80-96. Motion by CM Beltran/Hutton to accept and approve Consent Calendar, except for Items Nos. 1, 6 and 12, carried unanimously. Recognition: Mayor Fulp acknowledged the presence of Mr. Don Alvarez, Member of Colton School Board; Mr. Ken Miller from the Department of Transportation for the County of San Bernardino and Mr. Dick Dawson, Executive Vice President for the Chamber of Commerce. CLOSED SESSION• After brief dialogue, motion/second by Mayor Fulp/CM Hansen to proceed to Closed Session for Items A and B passed with CM Beltran and CM Hutton voting "No." City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session to confer with Legal Counsel regarding two matters of pending litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b): City of Colton v. Club 215; Young v. City of Colton and Turner v. City of Colton. City Attorney Biggs said the matter of Tennyson v. City of Colton in re Cedarbrook terrace. Inc. would not be discussed. City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in Closed Session to Confer with Legal Counsel regarding one matter of significant exposure to potential litigation pursuant to Section 54956.9(b). City Attorney Biggs anticipated that there would be reportable action following Closed Session, estimated to take more than one hour. At 7:22 P.
