She <br />pointed to the need to have a staff grant writer. <br />Motion/second by CM Cook/Mayor Fulp to approve submittal <br />of grant application and to authorize recruitment and <br />appointment of one, full-time police dispatcher, three <br />part-time cadets, carried unanimously. <br />(13) Police Department <br />Approved purchase of computerized voice stress analyzer <br />from sole source vendor, NITV, and for training of two <br />officers, in the amount of $9,675.00. <br />(14) Notice of Completion <br />Accepted Domecq elevated tank repairs as 100% complete <br />and authorize Interim Water and Wastewater Director to <br />file Notice of Completion. <br />(15) Annexation <br />Adopted resolution ordering Annexation No. 59 into the <br />City's Landscape Maintenance District, RESOLUTION NO.
