Discussion <br />followed with a consensus of the Council to list this as an item for discussion at the Goals <br />Workshop. <br />Senate Bill 160 <br />Councilmember Bennett requested a resolution of support for Senate Bill 160 (Kopp) - <br />Transportation Funding. Moved/second, by CM Bennett/Hansen, to draft resolution of support. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Senate Bill 3436 <br />Councilmember Bennett requested a resolution of support with amendments for Senate Bill 3436 <br />(Bowler) - Transportation Toll Roads. Moved/second, by CM Bennett/Hansen, to draft <br />resolution of support. Unanimous vote. <br />Assembly Bill 2640 <br />Councilmember Bennett requested a resolution of opposition for Assembly Bill 2640 (Pringle - <br />Sales and Use Taxes. Moved/second, by CM Bennett/Hansen, to draft resolution of opposition. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Budget Transfer/Neighborhood Services <br />Randy Anstine, Neighborhood Services Director presented to Council a Resolution to approve <br />a budget transfer of $126,000 from the Police Department to Neighborhood Services. <br />Moved/second, by CM Hutton/Bennett to adopt Resolution No. R-68-96. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-68-96 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING A BUDGET <br />AMENDMENT AND TRANSFER $126,000 FROM THE <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT TO NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICES <br />Restriction of County Hospital Funds <br />Councilmember Sanders requested the City Attorney draft a resolution, for final consideration, <br />for restriction of County Hospital Funds to a 1 to 1.5 mile radius within the County Hospital <br />and that it be isolated to improvements in or around those environments. Without objection <br />from Council, Mayor Fulp directed City Attorney Biggs to draft a resolution. <br />4 <br />
