Alex Zakaroff, Zakaroff Recycling Services, requested clarifica- tion as they were part of the four chosen by the Ad -Hoc Committee but not listed on the "yes" list of the Peer Committee Review. Motion by Councilmember Beltran, seconded by Mayor Fulp, to add Zakaroff Recycling Services to the RFP list. Councilmember Hansen requested clarification as to why Zakaroff Recycling Services was listed with "yes (with concerns)." Motion carried with Councilmember Sanders voting NO, and Councilmember Hutton absent. City Manager added that there will be a fee for those who submit an RFP. Mayor Fulp again encouraged members of the Council to submit their ideas to the City Manager as to what they would like to see as part of the RFP. City Manager Martinez recommended give they submit their input by Thursday afternoon as that is the time the Ad -Hoc Committee will be meeting. FINANCE DIRECTOR'S REPORTS & RECOMMENDATIONS: Status of FY 94-95 Audit - Anna Vega, Finance Director, intro- duced Patricia Rives of Moreland & Associates who are conducting the 94-95 audit. Ms. Rives gave a brief synopsis of the audit process with a target date for completion of April 24, 1996. Ms. Rives answered questions from Council. Mayor Fulp directed staff to put on the Agenda an Item regarding the audit for FY 95-96, NTE $130,000, list what is expected from the audit firm in order to decide if Moreland & Associates will conduct the audit or another firm. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Utility Users Tax City Attorney Biggs stated that on February 13, 1996, City Council voted to terminate the Utility Users Tax. City Attorney 7 MAR 0 5 1996
