Basic Compensation Rates for Full -Time Classification of Employment for Fiscal Year <br />1996-97 <br />Moved/second, Mayor Fulp/CM Bennett, to amend R-62-96 affecting the rate schedule <br />of the Executive Unit and setting the Range Step not to exceed Step E. Motion <br />carried with Councilmember Beltran and Hutton voting "NO." <br />RESOLUTION NO. R -62A-96 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON SETTING BASIC COMPENSATION <br />RATES FOR FULL-TIME CLASSIFICATIONS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT ESTABLISHED AS FISCAL YEAR <br />1996-97 REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. R-62-96. <br />Status Report of Closing Books for FY 1995/96 <br />Motion/second, CM Beltran/CM Hutton, to pull item as no paperwork was submitted. <br />Motion carried with Mayor Fulp voting "NO." <br />Status Report of the City and RDA Audit for FY 1995/96 by Moreland and Associates <br />Motion/second, CM Beltran/CM Hutton, to pull item as no paperwork was submitted. <br />Motion carried with Mayor Fulp voting "NO." <br />Waiver of Retiree Benefits for Current Elected Officials <br />Mayor Fulp submitted a item for each Member's consideration and acceptance <br />CONSENT TO IRREVOCABLE WAIVER AND RELINQUISHMENT OF RIGHTS. He <br />stated this was a voluntary waiver of post-retirement employment benefits which <br />currently exist under Resolution No. R-115-91 and encouraged all members to <br />participate. <br />Without objection from Council, Mayor Fulp directed the City Attorney to draft an <br />ordinance regarding term limits. <br />Amendment of the Council Meetincis Manual of Procedure <br />Motion/second, CM Beltran/CM Hutton, to pull item as no paperwork was submitted. <br />Motion carried with Mayor Fulp voting "NO." <br />Adams Advertising Sign Company <br />Councilmember Bennett stated that she submitted this item for discussion as she <br />wanted questions answered.
