Motion and second by CM Hutton/Bennett to continue with the City operation; to finance it and <br />to look at hiring an outside management firm. Motion failed with "No" votes by CM <br />beltran/Sanders, Hansen and Mayor Fulp. <br />Motion by CM Sanders to accept and approve the agreement with Taormina Industries, in <br />substantially the same form as attached to the RFP, was seconded by CM Hansen. Motion <br />carried with CM Hutton voting "No." <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Upon Motion of Mayor Fulp/Sanders, with unanimous approval, Mayor Fulp declared the <br />Special Meeting adjourned at 11:35 P.
